I am a Reiki Master/Teacher. My wife and I are co-ministers of a small congregation near our home.
Reiki is transforming my life! Reiki has touched my heart, my body,my mind, my spirit and my soul. Reiki is my Source and Wellspring. Reiki helps me connect to my inner self. Reiki helps me sense the presence of the Spirit in my life and is part of my connection to God.
I also have had some training in Jin Shin Jyutsu.
I continue to work with another Reiki Master, Susanna Leubcke M.D., a powerful and intuitive healer, who has developed an Emotional Body Healing Modality that is respectful, soothing, and spiritually transforming. She does much work with Bach Flower Remidies and even deeper level work with plant energy essences. Susanna also works with my wife, Patricia, a Doctor of Clinical Hypnotherapy. Together we look forward to sharing many healing and growth experiences with others who seek deeper truth on their journeys on this planet and plane.
I believe that Christianity, Faith and Reiki are a wonderful blend that brings the work of the Holy Spirit to Life and Light!

The evolution of this site began with concern for the people of India and Pakistan. It has evolved into a realization of the profound transitions that the planet is going through at this time.
The conflicts over "earthly treasures" continues. "The pain and suffering", "the hatred and the fear", "the political uncertainties" are all but reflections of all that needs to be done to reconnect all of us back to God, to The Source, to The Creator, to The Divine, to the Sacred Other that unites us and makes us one through Jesus, through the Holy Spirit, through Grace, and through unconditional, "Agape", Love.
Peace begins with what the Daili Lama calls "internal disarmament".
Some call this "internal disarmament", "The Peace of Christ."
Reiki helps create this state and space within us all.
Send love and light to all those in need of healing.
Send love and light to the planet.
Send love and light to the world's troubled areas, such as Afghanistan, such as India and Pakistan, such as America's inner cities and America's High Schools

He was speaking specifically of Mt Shasta in Northern California, USA.

I also would like to share another Native (American)Indian Chant I have learned that I feel relates to my sense of what Reiki can create between us all. This is chanted or intoned to the beat of the drum!
This means:
As we are all related by the light and the love of God, so it is that many diverse cultures speak of the connection between the physical, the intellectual, the emotional, and the spiritual.
In Japan, Ki;
In China, Ch'i;
In Hebrew, Ruach;
In Islamic countries, Barraka;
And in Iriquois, Orenda for example.
The meaning and essence of all these words are connected to Universal Light and Universal Love. They speak about and to the Unconditional Flow of Love and Life sustaining Energy and to the Holy Spirit. It is the "stuff" that holds us together.
Is this just "New Age" mumbo-jumbo?
Is it just Quantum Physics?
Is it just Alternative Healing?
Is it just religion and philosophy?
Is it all of the above? Is it none of the above?
For me, this inner awareness, is Reiki.
Reiki is my connection to the healing gifts of the Holy Spirit and to all that is.
Reiki transcends culture and religion, philosophy and dogma.
Reiki is beyond science and art, belief and reality, practice and paradigm.
Reiki, is present in all that is!

And so, settle in to a place of comfort and relaxation, of warmth and safety.
Take slow, deep cleansing breaths. Breathing in from your diaphram, filling your lungs with fresh, cleansing air.
Breath in Love and Compassion, Light and Energy. Gently hold your breath. And as you exhale, release all that is not love, all that is not light.
Breath in Compassion. Allow Universal Light Energy, Reiki, to enter your body, soul and mind through the crown chakra at the top of your head.
Feel the energy flow throughout your entire body and mind and soul and spirit. Through the third eye chakra, through the throat chakra.
Feel the energy building in your heart as you continue to breath deeply and slowly.
With each breath the warmth and energy spreads throughout your body, opening up your entire being to the healing possibilities of Reiki and Light and
Energy and Universal Regard, Unconditional Love.
Feel all the muscles in your body. They become more and more relaxed.
Send roots from the bottom of your feet deep into the earth. drawing up Ki from the Earth, the sustaining energy of all that it is going up through your body.
The energy flows to your solar plexus chakra, the sun chakra, the center of being from which warmth radiates throughout your body along the meridian systems, down to you belly chakra, the center of survival, release of emotion, well being, security, happiness, contentedness, love, compassion, reconciliation, and forgiveness.
All that is love, openning up the root chakra as well. Balance, Grounding, Harmony, Acceptance.
The relaxation spreads up your legs around your knees and thighs, and into your seat, and stomach and torso and back, and shoulders and arms.
Imagine a warm, swirling flow of light, liquid love swirling from the top of your head around your forehead, and eyes and nose and cheeks and jaws and neck and shoulders.Flowing down your arms.
Feel the chakra point in the center of your palms, openning, drawing in light and love, and giving light and love in return..
Gently, as you are comfortable, place your hands, palms down on some part of your body, and feel the energy flow in a great circle from sky and universe and earth, through your body like a hollow reed, back into your body, cycling Universal Love and Light and Energy and Connectedness, to promote openning, to promote awareness, perception, intuition and healing, balancing your body in harmony with all that is.
Listen to the sound of the music deepening this relaxed trance state Aware of the sound of the wind in the tree and the water fountain and the songs of birds, all that is alive, all that is part of Creation, is in attunement and harmony with what you will experience here today.
Open Mind... Open Heart... Open Spirit and Open Soul...
Feel the energy circulating around this circle between each of us. We are all interconnected. We are all One.
Imagine the Energy flowing between us all in a violet circle of light. Imagine the Energy lifting above our heads, joining together in a point of light, leaving the room and floating above this building, rising above the Klamath Basin, sending light and energy to all who are open, to all who are here. Relaxation throughout our bodies, spreading to a cellular level. All the components of our cells and cell nuclei and mitochondria the energy factories of the body, in balance and harmony with the Universe. Sending energy out to balance all that is, to create harmony.
Experience the balance point between the Universal Light and Ki and Energy and the Energy that comes from the Earth. Imagine your self poised at that point of
balance between all the sources of Energy we have today available.
Grounded, in touch with who we are and what we need and what we will become.
We seek the Light and Love and Energy in other people and honor both the light within ourselves and the light in other people. We reach out in love and harmony to all living things. Just for today not to anger, Just for today not to worry, to honor all living things, our elders, and teachers,and parents, to have gratitude for all that we have and for all that is to be given to us. Just for today to be honest in our we earn our living and how we exchange love and energy with other people.
We are openning ourselves to the flow of Reiki,. allowing it to pass through us to promote healing in self and in all others, and to express gratitude and thanks that this is our birth right, that this is part of who we are as beings of God's Love.
Help us remember that Reiki is what we are, That Reiki is who we are, that Reiki holds us together in postive unconditional regard and love. We are one, we are connected, we are whole, we are in unity in body mind and spirit in God's Grace.
To all our spiritual guides that they be present with us today, that they be present with us offering their guidance, and love and support, and that we accept the light in one another, in harmony and balance and
throughtout this day, keep your hands in contact with your body, with the various chakras and feel the flow of energy, to build the energy in this room and in this community in this world, and in this universe. Focused ,centered and in balance, openning to the love and flow that is Reiki.
Continue to relax throughout the day and breath deeply in all that is love and all that is light.

Tradtional Reiki teaches that the Reiki System of healing is complete in and of itself. This tradition also teaches that any additional symbols are not "really" Reiki. I do not argue with this, and yet I cannot fully agree.Spiritual Guides have revealed symbols to me to use with Reiki!
I was taught Reiki by two women who were trained by both "Non-tradtional" and Traditional teachers. These women taught me that Reiki Guides were present in all healings to correct any difficulties or differences in the symbols when they are drawn to begin sessions, to offer guidance during the healing of the receiver during sessions, and to help in the mainisfestation of distant healings. My guides have certainly been present with me in all my healing work with Reiki, as has been the Holy Spirit and the presence of God.
Deep in my heart I know that the "symbols", that I will discuss below, came to me as a result of all the Reiki I had been doing. From deep within, "The Voice" spoke to me through Reiki Guides who have asked me to share these new symbols with others to manifest peace in a troubled part of the world, India and Pakistan.
They have also made clear that these symbols can be used for any situation in the world, or between individuals which call for reconciliation, light recognition, and unity!

I have also been attuned by traditional Reiki Master Susanna Luebcke M.D.
After recovering from a heart attack in early 1996, a woman, Lilith, who eventually became one of my Reiki Teachers, was giving a Reiki demonstration at a vegetarian pot luck held monthly in my home community, Klamath Falls, Oregon. Being open to all of the healing I could possibly receive, I agreed to be her client for a Reiki "spot treatment and healing"!
When I got home later that night, my wife, Patricia, asked me,
I was filled with the glow of the Reiki Treatment I had received. My wife perceived the shift in my energy field and the light shinning in my eyes! She knew that I was being called ( I later discovered it was really a remembering of and a coming home) to Reiki and encoruaged me to learn all I could of this healing art. I had previously been sceptical of Reiki due to some limited contact with a Reiki II man who was very bound to the material aspect of his "New Age" beliefs.
A month later I completed Reiki I training . After receiving the wondeful energy of my first attunement, I knew that I had, indeed, arrived back "home". Reiki and healing were deep rooted memories from many of my previous lives.
Pat, and I were presenting a "Retreat for Psychic Development". During this retreat she led guided meditations. I offered Reiki to the participants between the meditation sessions.
My first Guide appeared during this retreat. He showed me a symbol for balance. His name is Izuru. He indicated that "I ZU RU" was how I could refer to the symbol. This is how I remember the impression he gave me at least!
(This is not one of the symbols I am offering to others through this page. I do offer this to some of my students and others with whom I connect on an individual basis )
Later, after finishing my Reiki II training and attunement, another Guide appeared to me. One morning as I was walking and meditating on love and light, this guide offered me a symbol for grounding. Her name is Fumiko. this symbol was "To Mi Saba."
(This is not one of the symbols I am offering to others through this page.I do offer this to some of my students and others with whom I connect on an individual basis)
I began using these two as symbols to help keep me focused while doing Reiki. My guides did not ask that I share these two symbols. One of my mentors, Susanna, suggested I keep them personal. She also suggested that I only share them if guided to do so in direct contact with students who had already completed Reiki training.
She believes that each attunement creates its own transformation uniquely in each individual. She felt adding other symbols prior to traditional attuenments would alter the wonderful experience each attunement brings. I agree with this!
Then, one day, I was again walking. Another guide told me that she had died at Nagasaki when Nuclear Rain fell from the skies. Her name is Tomika. She began to impress upon me a symbol for reconciliation. This grew into my conciousness as
Rota Nen Da is used to heal relationships on four levels: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual. This symbol allows healing by releasing the energy of the chords which bind us at each of these levels and by filling the resulting "aura holes" with the light of Reiki and Universal Love!
I then completed my third degree training and attunement. The training took place in a beautiful mountain home with a view of Mt. Shasta.
Soon after, while being led through a guided meditation by a friend, one of my three guides, Fumiko, who had given me the symbol for grounding, "To Mi Saba", gave me a symbol for "fishing for the light". This was "Shanti Mi Ka". She told me of her death in Hiroshima.
"Shanti Mi Ka" is used to help us seek out to see the light and goodness in all others, especially with those with whom we have gone through conflict and are moving towards reconciliation. This symbol helps others see the light within us as well.
The symbol allows each of us to see the light within ourselves and to be in tune with the energy of Reiki which holds us all together.
This symbol, is very useful with the traditional Reiki symbol for distance and spiritual healing work. It seems to be directed to conflict resolution and emotional crisis.
One powerful meditation is to visualize "Shanti Mi Ka" "fishing for" and attracting the reconciliation of "Rota Nen Da". After all, there is hope and light in unconditional regard, forgiveness and reconciliation!
Together these two guides asked me to share these two symbols to promote peace between India and Pakistan.
A week later, my wife, after years of hesitation, decided to go on line. This was an amazing shift in attitude and a financial leap of faith!
I started writing to many Reiki people on the internet with my limited understanding of how it all worked. Then, through the net, I learned of a time coordinated day of prayer. I climbed a small hill, Hog's Back, in my neighborhood and sat overlooing Mt. Shasta to the South and Mt. McClouglin to the Northwest. I sent Traditional Third Degree Reiki Symbols to each mountain peak. Mt. Shasta was a surrogate for India in my mind, and Mt. McCloughlin was a surrogate for Pakistan. I also placed the symbols for balance and grounding and for reconciliation and fishing for the light on the sloops of both snow-covered peaks.
As I meditated on sending this love and light energy to these countries, a violet light (arc) grew over the two peaks. Each mountain emitted pillars of green and brown earth toned lights up towards the violet arc. Shimmering blue light enclosed this pagoda of peace from the sides of the mountains. Beneath and between the mountains a reddish light grew into the inverted "y" form of the "Unity" symbol included through this page.
This is a simple version of events that took place over sixth months. It is hard to remember and to exactly recall the linear time frames of all these events. The details may be out of order, but this is essentially what occured. It was all a result of living, and walking Reiki and openning my heart for healing and guidance.
I have been offering Reiki classes now for Level I, II, and III. I am becoming more and more humble by the remarkable transformations I am allowed to participate in with my students and myself.
I continue to use only traditional symbols in my attunement process and share my meditations for peace when called to by my guides.
I wish love and light to all who visit hear, and to all who seek healing and truth.
