I would like some help with an issue.
I was taught that there are times when it is advisable to wait to give Reiki to people. One such case is when a bone is broken and yet to be set. I was told that Reiki could cause bone to knit before it is set in the proper position--this could mean that the bone would need to be re-broken so it could be set in the right way.#1 Did I understand this correctly?
Then a friend had a stroke. One Reiki Master, a former student of mine whom I did not attune to Master level, was concerned that too much energy (reiki) sent before his brain was rested from the trauma might cause harm. I still sent reiki as requested to his wife, I sent healing to him as well with the intention for the greatest good the next morning.
Is this a situation where reiki to soon could conflict with the need to heal first?
Please offer feedback?
